Q 1:  What are the formalities in case of FOUR WHEELER Loan ?
Ans: For four wheeler you require following basic documents :
 1. Photographs
 2. ID Proof
 3. Address Proof
 4. Income Proof
 5. Bank Statements for last Six month.
 6. Quotation of Vehicle to be financed.
 7. A Guarantor of subsequent means and all documents of guarantor from 1 to 5.

Q 2: Can the DD charges be waived off if I hold a Current A/C in your bank ?
Ans: The charges can be waived off on three DDs only for our premier customers who satisfy the following conditions:
  1. Having account with us for minimum six months.
  2. All time Minmum Balance-Rs.1 lakhs
Q 3: If I opt for R.D. Lakhpati Scheme but due to some reason if I withdraw from this scheme before maturity date, then is it possible?
Ans: R.D. Lakhpati Scheme is for six years but if you want a premature closure before 6 months then no interest will be paid on the amount. If, however, you close after 6 months from the date of opening then you will receive interest which will be 1 % less than the card rate applicable at the time of taking the scheme for the period for which your money is with the Bank.
Q 4: Why do you sanction loans against Awas Vikas and LDA Property only?
Ans:  As these authorities are approved by our bank for financing but we also finance Society Property, if those Societies are having NOC from local authorities.
Q 5: When will the ATM of our Bank be linked with ATMs of other Banks?

Q 6: A/C opening for the Handicapped should be below 500 as other banks are opening account with just Rs.25.
Ans: We also open 'NO FRILL' account where you can open an Account at Zero Balance.

Ans: We provide loans in those cases where security is adequate and appropriate and such borrower is either residing or working in our area of operation i.e U.P.

a) In this example Branch code is the code number allotted to the branch (Red colour)

b) In this example, the type is 010-Saving Bank (Green colour) 011-Current Account (Green Colour), , 013-CC, 017 -OD
c) Offset no. is 1 as of now. Later on if any particular product is added in saving bank type or current account type it will change
d) 8 digit will denote the account no.
Note : The above 15 digit should be used by customer in cheque book and pass book and RTGS,ECS purpose.For Sms banking and ATM transactions the last 4 digit no or 5 digit as the case may be is to be used.
Q9:If a person giving Voter Card, will it be considered as an add as well as an id proof?
Ans: Voter card is accepted as ID proof but not as Addrees Proof.
Q10:If a person is giving other bank's account pass book as a add proof will it be accept?
Ans: Yes.
Q11:When your Bank shall start ECS Facility?
Ans: ECS Debit & Credit both services are being provided to customers.
Q12:What is the process of getting insurance done in saving a/c and in what time customer will get the policy bond?
Ans: Presently Insurance facility is optional to saving bank a/c but it is available / provided at the time of opening the account at the request of the Customer.
Q13:Is it possible that Children Saving Plan can be opened under Relative Guardianship or is it only opened under natural Guardianship?
Ans: It is necessary to have Natural Guardianship with CSP plan but if a Relative wants to take guardianship then such relative should obtain a no objection certificate from the natural guardian.
Q14:Is there any Daily Deposit Scheme?
Ans:  The Bank's Daily Deposit Scheme is called the "HCBL Asha Pigmy Deposit Scheme." As part of the Scheme authorized agents of the Bank collect daily deposits which may range from minimum Rs.20/- to maximum Rs.5000/- from your doorstep. Q15:Why our Bank DD charges is very high in comparison to other bank charges?
Ans: It is equivalent to other banks.
Q16:If a person has opened an account in one of your branch, can he avail locker facility in your other branch?
Ans: He can do so but Locker rent will be deposited in cash in the branch where locker is opened.
Q17:Is KYC compulsory for RD A/C's?
Ans: Yes.
Q18:Is payment possible in a "Pay to bearer" Cheque?
Ans: Yes, It can be possible. from safety point of view we will obtain ID Proof.
Q19:How can we transfer fund to any Bank in Surat from HCBL A/c.
Ans: It can be done through RTGS/NEFT only.
Q20:Are ATM and Cheque book provided for Relaxed KYC accounts?
Ans: No we do not issue ATM cards and Cheque book in such case. Withdrawal is possible only by withdrawal form.
Q21:Is Sweep facility available for those who are having balance below 10000?
Ans: No, Sweep facility is only available for those A/c holders whose balance is above 10000 in multiple of 5000 & if you withdraw before 45 days no interest will be credited.
Q22:After opening account, in how many days do we get our ATM Cards?
Ans: We provide it only within one day get it delivered at your doorstep .
Q23:What documents are required for Housing Loan?
Ans: For housing loan the basic document are required :
1. Photograph, ID proof & Address proof
2. Income Proof/ ITR
3. Bank Statement of last 6 months
4. Property Papers

Q24:Will the DD's of other bank be treated as Outward Cheques and dropped in cheque deposit machine?
Ans: YES, you have to drop such cheques in Cheque Depositor Machine along with yellow cheque deposit slip.
Q25:Are there any charges while using other banks ATM?

Ans: Yes, we provide the GMRI Scheme for loan Insurance from LIC & Property Insurance from Bharti Axa.

Q28: Does Coin Dispenser Facility is only for Account Holder's of your Bank?.
Ans: No, it is available for all General Public, but we need cooperation from Public to restrict the Misuse of it.
